After the evaluation process, you will receive a detailed technical evaluation result, service quote, and estimated service duration.

    We will need your confirmation to proceed with the data recovery services. If you do not accept the service quote for any reason, we will return your device to you.

    If you accept the service quote, at this time, we will not request payment. Our engineers will recover your critical data in a certified clean room and arrange a remote file verification session to verify the results. You will be able to see and open your files. After ensuring that we recover your files, you will make a payment and receive a copy of your valuable data in a brand new hard disk drive.

  • How can I provide safe shipping for my device?

    Data storage devices have very fragile and sensitive systems, mainly when a failure occurs. Hence, it is essential to provide your media with maximum safety. So when you send your device to one of our facilities, you should be sure that your package is packed tight and protected against electrostatic discharge (ESD). Also, make sure to use a sturdy cardboard box. If the storage is packed as mentioned above, then you can rest assured that it is safe.

  • What is the average turnaround duration for data recovery services?

  • How will you deliver my data to me?

    Once you verify the recovered data and make a payment, we will deliver your data either in a brand new hard drive or upload data to a secure cloud to share a link to download the data.

    Generally, we keep a copy of your data in our servers for up to 2 weeks to ensure you receive the data successfully before destroying the copy from our servers. Once you receive a copy of your data, you should notify us about successful delivery. Then, we will immediately annul your data stored on our servers.
