I made the first inquiry and they responded within one hour. After several texts and reviewing the service agreement, they sent a prepaid mailer which was helpful. The firm is very transparent with ... the agreement, timing and costs. PITS processed the data recovery in half the time they stated in their service agreement. PITS did an outstanding job recovering data from an external drive that suddenly stopped working. It was the worst case scenario where I was temporarily moving data from one device to another, and ... thought I had lost a lot of family videos, etc, forever.
